【摘要】 目的 清洁肠道为结肠镜检查做准备。 方法 将50例患儿随机分为两组，每组25例，对照组在术前口服20%甘露醇并大量饮水，配合清洁洗肠;观察组在术前口服番泻叶水配合清洁洗肠。 结果 对照组对术前准备方法的接受率为24%，肠道清洁率为52%;观察组对术前准备方法的接受率为92%，肠道清洁率为92%。 结论 口服番泻叶水在做结肠镜术前肠道准备中作用确切，价格低廉，服用方便，具有临床推广价值。
